True to the title, this book lit me up! I finished in three days and while reading my own flow states were psychoactivated. Stealing Fire takes in a journey to what is possible and gives deep insight into the multidimensional nature of Ecstasis and how it is propelling us all behind the ordinary into a revolutionary future. So many dots were connected that is remains impossible to not see higher states of consciousness as the driving mechanism behind diverse disruptive innovations across fields, and while they may seem disparate now, the intuition they are leading to a more cohesive and harmonious future is undeniable. Such an inspiring and uplifting read!

I will admit - I totally caught the hype after watching videos of Jamie and Steve, I hoped that this book would provide a better look into flow states. There certainly is a good amount of solid info packed into it, but I certainly felt disappointed after reading it. Not much of the information seemed to be particularly practical, a lot of it seemed to present the idea of flow states while still keeping a lot of the more critical, applicable steps out of arm’s reach. I wasn’t particularly fond of the writing style either, I found it to be rather jumbled and haphazard. Overall, I think other titles would be better places to look.
