Phoebe, a confirmed spinster and independently wealthy, has decided that she wants to experience what it is like to have a sexual relationship with a man and Marcus is going to accommodate her. The problem is he never expected to fall in love but he does. Events happen that cause Marcus’ freedom to be jeopardized. This is a great love story that is well written and entertaining. I would highly recommend it as a great read.

A self declared spinster (and proud of it) and the libertine Marquess. Phoebe Lennox has no use for being a wife, thank you very much. She’s a proud and independent spinster who stops in Hyde Park to aid Marcus. Marcus is a relentless libertine (and proud of it). He’s trying to sort out the mess his cousin Drobbit created. Then there’s that pesky murder of said cousin and a hanky that needs returning. Steamy, a bit of suspense and plenty of clash of wills. Recommend.

Humor,romance and murder brings this story together. Two people that don’t believe in marriage cross paths and the fun begins. This is a well written story with great characters.
