The Lunch Box Diet: For Men - The Ultimate Male Diet & Workout Plan For Men's Health

The Lunch Box Diet: For Men - The Ultimate Male Diet & Workout Plan For Men's Health

Based on the amazon bestseller called 'the best diet' and 'the easiest diet', Men's Fitness / Sport Magazine expert Simon Lovell has devised an easy to use diet and fitness plan specifically for men.

Its famous approach looks at what you eat between your breakfast and evening meal, grazing throughout the day. It's the same system that is used by countless personal trainers and it works. It's fast, sustainable and fun. You won't even feel like you're on a diet and whether you work in an office, are on the move or are just chilling at home, the Lunch Box Diet: For Men makes losing weight super simple.

It works by speeding up your metabolism by 'grazing' so you're less likely to snack and most of all you're never hungry. What's more it compliments your gym sessions by using a special 'active carbs system'. Once you've tried it you won't go back.

  • Lots of typos so far, uninspiring, mediocre information at best, DO NOT BUY

I just started the book and I have to say that so far there are a lot of typos. For 13 dollars this to me is unacceptable. Attention to detail is a big deal, if you want me to follow a diet and workout plan you instill confidence in your readers. I am hoping the book is worth the money but to be honest if I keep finding typos I will look to return the book and get a refund. This genre is highly competitive and to have so many spelling errors is saying to me that you are not putting your all into your craft. I have been using my kindle ap since switching to the iPad and this is my first iBook purchase. So far I am having buyers remorse. Adding to my original review.... There is lots of filler in this book. The author repeats paragraphs over and over to fill pages. He explains routines and classifies workouts. Then he just retypes the exact same thing in the next two chapters, word for word. This is a feeble attempt to add pages to a book that could have easily just been an article. Overpriced, poorly written and edited, lots of typos, mildly informative. I also find it oddly coincidental that after my poor Rating and review, two five star ratings and excellent reviews get put up right after. A lame and feeble attempt at damage control by either the publisher or author.

  • Inspiring

Some of the information on nutrients and diet is interesting and informative. Absolutely one of the most inspiring books I've read in QUITE some time - especially considering that it's basically a diet and workout book.
