To Love a Thief

To Love a Thief

To set things right, she has to be very wrong…

No one is more shocked than Daniel Carlyle when his father’s second cousin and his son die on the same day. Without the foggiest notion how to be a viscount, Daniel gratefully accepts the guidance of a prominent earl. His new role doesn’t seem too difficult, especially when he meets a lovely young woman he intends to make his viscountess. Until he catches her stealing from his mentor.

The moment Jocelyn Renwick glimpses her family’s stolen heirlooms in the possession of a wealthy earl, she demands their return. He dismissively insists they’ve been in his family for generations, and she privately vows to get them back at any cost. But the law-abiding Lord Carlye foils her plans, and she reluctantly partners with him to solve the theft of her property. Now Jocelyn must decide if justice for her family is worth risking a chance at love.

  • Disappointed

I could barely get through this book. By chapter 5 I began to consider skipping this book to continue on with the rest of this series. The first three books are amazing! This book, unfortunately, needs to be removed; the main characters continuous whining made me cringe! I understand her being worked up but this was way to much for my taste.

  • Short but good read

A little suspense, a little romance...kept me interested and very much enjoyed reading. I'm already a fan of this author.

  • Love this author

Like all her other books, this one also does not disappoint. It may be a bit shorter than the others but still a good read for free.
