Steve Jobs is commonly recognized as one of the most important people in the creation of personal computing, as well as one of the most important businessmen in American history. He was an interesting character, full of contradictions, flaws, and strengths. After his death, Brent Schendler and Rick Tetzeli set out to write this biography detailing Steve’s early life as well as his failures and successes. Jobs’s life has a lot to teach all of us, and is a very interesting story. Schendler and Tetzeligo through not just ups, but also the downs of his tumultuous career. Throughout the book the authors refer to Steve Jobs as Steve because it’s told in the narrative voice of someone who was close to Jobs.
