Meghan posts new photo of Prince Harry with children after royal backlash

Meghan has posted a photograph of Prince Harry and their children on social media after he was criticised for fuelling speculation about the King's health.

Prince Harry had said he does not "know how much longer my father has left" in an interview with BBC News after losing a legal challenge over his security in the UK. Meghan shared a black and white photo on her Instagram account showing her husband walking through a garden holding their son Archie's hand and daughter Lilibet on his shoulders.

It was posted after Harry faced criticism for his comments about his father's health with Ailsa Anderson, a former press secretary to the late Queen, telling Sky News it would "cause real concern and more speculation in the media and the wider public about what his diagnosis is". ???? Listen to Sky News Daily on your podcast app ???? Harry said he wanted "reconciliation" with the Royal Family, but claimed the King "won't speak to me".

He said: "There have been so many disagreements between myself and some of my family. "Of course, they will never forgive me for lots of things but...

there's no point in continuing to fight anymore." He added: "Life is precious. I don't know how much longer my father has, he won't speak to me because of this security stuff.

It would be nice to reconcile." The prince also said losing the legal challenge meant it was now "impossible" for him to bring Meghan and their children to the UK safely. He said because of the decision over the loss of his security protection he cannot "see a world in which I would be bringing my wife and children back to the UK at this point".

"I can only come to the UK safely if I am invited, and there is a lot of control and ability in my father's hands," he said. "Ultimately, this whole thing could be resolved through him, not by intervening, but by stepping aside and allowing the experts to do what is necessary."
