Two-year-old boy dies after reports he had fallen from height

A two-year-old boy has died after reportedly falling from a height.

The toddler was found at an address on Wynell Road in Forest Hill, southeast London, on Sunday. Emergency services were called to the scene at 12.11pm, with ambulance crews, an incident response officer, London's air ambulance and police officers attending.

Paramedics treated the two-year-old at the scene before taking him to hospital, where he later died. His family are currently being supported by specialist officers.

The death is being treated as unexpected and remains under investigation, according to the Metropolitan Police. The force said in a statement that no arrests have been made and enquiries into the circumstances of the child's death remain ongoing..
