The whole purpose of my purchase was to use the interactive questions. You can open the questions but can’t type. Would like to be able to contact customer service about it but options.

I’ve always hand-written my steps, and there definitely are some steps that would work better for, but I purchased this book right before I started my 11th step and it works great for non-list steps or for just reading. I just highlight the question and then write my answer as a “note”. It works great.

When it comes to 12 step programs, the NA workbook is the best guide for simplifying the individual steps. It's a great tool for sponsors to take a sponsee through the 12 steps. especially for the individual's who struggle with their inventory on step 4.
