This USMC manual, Marine Corps Reference Publication MCRP 1-10.2 Marine Corps Supplement to the DOD Dictionary of Military and Associated Terms September 2020, is an extension of the DOD Dictionary and provides Marine Corps-specific terms and definitions. This publication and the DOD Dictionary should be used in conjunction with each other. Terms, definitions, and acronyms contained in MCRP 1-10.2 come directly from Marine Corps doctrinal, warfighting, reference, and tactical publications. Where DOD Dictionary terms are amplified with Marine Corps-specific definitions, the accompanying acronyms are included in this publication, regardless of their inclusion in the DOD Dictionary.
