Doing Your Due Diligence: The Companion Book for: The Right Way to Flip Houses
This book will teach you all of the necessary Due Diligence Steps that should be completed for each and every deal that you do, whether it is Wholesaling, Fix & Flipping, and/or Fix & Holding. Once some of the beginning Steps have been initially completed, such as, your Databases and your chosen Areas, your Due Diligence will be to reconsider and/or reaffirm the viability of each of your choices.
Each of the Steps in the Due Diligence process should be completed with care and performed in the order that they appear in this book. Again, you will need to complete each of the Steps in the process for each and every deal that you do; no exceptions. This is necessary for you to succeed in this business. Take your time, and learn the how and why for each Step, and in no time, they will become second nature to you. Just be careful that you don’t get too familiar with the process, and begin forgetting a Step or two, here and there.
If you follow my instructions to the letter, you will soon be on your way to a successful career in Real Estate.
