If I were to go to the bookstore to buy this book, I would buy two copies. One for me, and one for the guy holding a gun to my head. Truly, where to begin?! 1. The story goes nowhere. It just gets so mind-bendingly complicated in the other 12, so when you finish reading this, you are left with a bunch of questions. 2. I feel that an ending should wrap things up in a series. But it doesn’t. It just leaves the series’ true ending up in the air. 3.Count Olaf is just so weird, and he ends up dying, yeah, but so many questions about him are left unanswered. So I wouldn’t read this book, if I were you. So if you are reading this book, O suggest you put it down immediately, and go read something else.

I LOVE the whole series and I think this book was a perfect conclusion. It was great to learn more about the founding of VFD and for my favorite character, the incredibly deadly viper, to make an appearance! Warning: for those people who get very emotional, the ending will make you cry.
