    The information in the book is very good but I am very disappointed that the digital book is not in color. Almost every other page has a weblink to his website for more information. I like the Modernist approach and information.

    Perfect read for the Cook (Professional or hobbiest) that just wants to add a little fun to their craft without having to sacrifice the Classics, enjoy, and like the Turkish man says in a bath......Breath my pasty friend BREATH ! LOL
