Wickensburg by Richard Boddington - Movies

Celine Lucas and her son, Elliott, move to the small town of Wickensburg. The town is bleak and unwelcoming. Elliott photographs a strange girl, Willow, at a monument, who tells him about a curse on the town. Elliott finds an old book containing references to the curse and the monument, he returns to meet Willow the next day. Willow tells Elliott of witches who cursed Wickensburg, predicting the return of a powerful warlock to destroy the town. That night he has a dream that reveals key information. Celine discovers there is little news in Wickensburg, meanwhile, Elliott and Willow realize they need another book. Finding the required book, they conclude the curse matures on that very night. At the monument they discover an amulet with clearly missing gems, and resolve to find them and save the town. Celine finds notes about a plan to dump nuclear waste in the town, and decides to expose the plot. Meanwhile, the gem search is on, aided by Elliott's dreams. Hexenmeister realizes Celine may discover his waste dump plans and imprisons her at the mine, in a cell soon to be flooded with waste. Willow discovers the final gem will be at the cemetery. Elliott and and Willow complete the amulet, rescue Celine, and confront Hexenmeister.
