Be in the audience for our immigration debate

Sky News will be hosting The Immigration Debate in Birmingham at 7pm on Wednesday 10 September.

If you would like to be part of this studio audience, and be given the opportunity to ask a question to one of the party representatives, please click here. Politics latest: Follow live updates The debate is taking place after a summer of unrest over the issue of asylum hotels has provided Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer with one of the toughest tests of his leadership so far.

Meanwhile, Reform UK leader Nigel Farage has promised to deport up to 600,000 asylum seekers if he wins the next election in 2029 - a plan opponents have criticised as unworkable.

The developments mean immigration was the first thing on the government's agenda as it kicked off the first week back from recess on Monday. Sky News' immigration debate will give you the chance to make your voice heard and listen to both sides about an issue which is dividing communities..
