'Distinctively' tattooed man found dead in wheelie bin

Police have released identifying details of a man who was found dead in a wheelie bin on Friday.

The man, thought to be aged between 40 and 50, had a tattoo of a cross with a snake wrapped around it on his back and the words "Little Stardust.
