A solid book by an exceptionally gifted writer. He does things with words and images that can’t be learned or taught. Some of his sentences will leave you in awe. The story has a nice set up and payoff. We’ll see how long it sticks with me, but my guess is not long.

Good book, got me an A+ on my English final report (by choice, that is), and overall... I like it. It has a good exposition, nice action mixed with some easy calm areas, plus an amazing ending. Overall an amazing book, and I hope at least 1 person reads this review and decides, “Hey, this kid liked this book. I’m going to read it”.

I really enjoyed reading this book! I looked forward to picking it up and seeing what was going to happen next and how things were going to work out. After reading 'The Book Thief', I was excited to read another story from Mr. Zusak. Now I'm looking forward to reading his other ones!
