Iran Wants Nuke Fuel Plan Changed ... and What else, World Asks

The Islamic Republic will accept the framework of the proposed nuclear fuel deal but only after "very important changes," Iranian state television's Arabic station reported Tuesday, to the consternation of many in the West. PressTV, state television's English station, earlier quoted an unnamed Iranian diplomat as saying Iranian officials did not want to send all the required fuel out of the country at one time, but preferred to ship it out in partial batches.
