The Cherry Orchard

The Cherry Orchard

After living many years in Paris, Russian aristocrat Lubov Ranevsky returns to her beloved St. Petersburg estate. But the grandeur of the once magnificent estate has faded, and the property, along with its wonderful cherry orchard, will be sold at auction - unless Ranevsky and her family can find a way to save it. First published in 1904, the same year Chekhov died, this dark comedy remains one of his most celebrated plays.
