The Charming Billionaire

The Charming Billionaire

The first time I met Billionaire Harrison Rothschild, I was looking up at him after the tray of drinks I knocked over landed on his italian leather shoes.

The second time I met him, the drinks spilt on his shirt instead.

I was born with the clumsy gene, but as DC's most sought after Event Planner, I am professional and the show must go on. I have a sick father to look after and medical insurance only goes so far. But when I get a glimpse of his perfect chiseled torso in the coat room, I do what any red blooded woman would do.

I run out the door.

Rumors are swirling that he is going to be our next Governor, and he fits the persona perfectly. With his charming smile, his broad shoulders that look like they can hold the problems of the world and his sultry eyes, that leave me breathless everytime he looks at me.

But we are complete opposites in every way, something his mother has no issue in pointing out.

So when Harrison requests me to work with him on his campaign, I am not sure if I should be flattered or annoyed. Because even though I know it is going to end in disaster, I didn't expect it to be dangerous. And I didn't expect to become the target.

The Charming Billionaire is an opposites attract billionaire romance featuring a curvy strong heroine and the hero who falls for her. This is book one in The Baltimore boys series.

Reviews
  • Devoured this book!

Cute story with scorching hot sexy scenes.

  • The lead female character Beth is a bad character

1/2 way through and finding it Very slow and don't like the whole Beth vibe - she's young unprofessional and selfish which makes the book even worse given it's slow nature I wonder if I am the only one as many others say more power to her. Sorry don't think the whole sleep with the boss especially with the whole political angle is well written.

I liked this book. The story was warm and happy but I especially liked the characters. Beth is the woman we all want to grow up to be. And the hero is what we all want our own hero to be.
