We don't see eye to eye at first but then the tables turn when he starts taking an interest in me. His hand fits too well around my waist, his protectiveness feels exactly like what I have been missing and he pushes me to do things that are well out of my comfort zone.
But the magnetic attraction we have stalls when one of his ex's comes back into town.You know what they say, once a playboy, always a playboy.
Except now I know how to play the game. I just don't know all the players and I think they are all after me.

This is one of my favorite Samantha Skye books. I really enjoyed the relationship between Lucy and her brothers (MMC of the first four books). It had laugh out loud moments as they get involved in her life. And the relationship with Huxley was great from the start. I did get frustrated with Huxley's actions at one point but he snapped out of it. Lucy was committed to making her business a success and taught Huxley something about success from her point of view. There was another great book in this series. This was the sister of the brothers in the billionaire series set in Baltimore. She was feisty and stubborn, and it took so much for her walls to come down. In fact, she had to get out of her city for her to realize she could lower the walls and the world wouldn't explode. I can't wait for the next book of the series!!

The last installment of this amazing series was everything I could have wanted and more. I didn’t know how the tension would continue without the mother from hades, but Samantha pulled it off perfectly. Everything about this story was so much more! The action, suspense and mystery.
