This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 11th International Workshop on Hybrid Metaheuristics, HM 2019, held in Concepción, Chile, in January 2019.

The 11 revised full papers and 5 short papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 23 submissions. The papers present hybridization strategies and explore the integration of new techniques coming from other areas of expertise.
