This book presents the Proceedings of the Fourth Collaborative Research Symposium on Security, E-learning, Internet and Networking, hosted by the Centre for Applied Internet Research (CAIR) at Glynd?r University, Wrexham, UK, on the 6-7th November 2008. All authors are researchers from the Universities of Plymouth, Darmstadt and Glynd?r University in Wales. They are with one exception PhD students or postdoctoral researchers working in the presented areas. We hope this book can show new and interesting ideas for a wide audience especially for those who could not attend the Symposium.
