When Noel Rennick joined the St Louis office of Cramdler Innovative Government Solutions (CIGS) he expected to be part of a professional organization, dedicated to meeting the client's expectations. Instead, he found disfunction, chaos, and a toxic organizational environment.

Noel is determined to apply everything he learned in graduate school and his summer internships in Chicago to change the paradigm and make the office a success. He needs to navigate his apathetic office manager and a coworker that breeds toxicity at every turn. Soon the conference room turns into a daily battleground, and a tragic event threatens to shatter the office into pieces.

Before he knows it, Noel is the glue that holds the office together. Along the way he forms relationships that will last a lifetime and become the foundation for the strength needed to win the war waging in the office.
