One rainy night, Selena Harper was in a hurry to drive to meet her blind date. In her rush, she accidently drenched a man, Jake, walking down the sidewalk. As repayment for the wet clothes, Selena drives him home. Reluctant to part from a cute woman, Jake offers her his phone number on a card, so they can meet again. Selena arrives thirty minutes late to her date, only to find out he canceled due to unexpected business and rescheduled the date for the next day at lunch. Hurt by the rude rejection, Selena looks for Jake’s number, only to find out he was the same man she was supposed to meet! They clarify the confusion and start fresh with a mutual interest in each other.
