At this point, after having read the first four books in the Magnolia Sound series, I don’t even need to read the blurb. I just know I’m going to enjoy whatever Ms. Chase has written. But Hunter, a single dad who happens to be a firefighter, pushes all my must-read buttons, so enjoyable has now become smoking hot. Add in Violet, a take-no-bull heroine who speaks her mind, and now I need to find a quiet place to read, because I’m not putting this book down until I’m finished. These two are so stubborn, but that just makes the attraction that much hotter. They just need some patience and understanding with each other, which is sometimes in short supply when one is a homebody and one wants to travel the world. Add in some familiar faces, a little cutie named Eli and some moderate heat (but not graphic) and Can’t Help Falling in Love is another 5 star hit!

I love Magnolia Sound and I want to move there! LOL!! Anyway, this is Violet and Hunter’s story and it is sweet, sexy, entertaining and full of love. This was one of my favorite stories because you are able to picture this happening in realistic times. Hunter is a strong but stubborn fireman, single dad and set in his ways. Violet is strong and free spirited with some self doubt left over from her childhood. Together they learn to look outside the box of their set ways and with a few bumps along the way they learn to compromise. The two of these characters will keep you engaged and rooting for their HEA till the end.

Another amazing book in this wonderful series by Samantha Chase! I mean the swoon was real for me in this one with Hunter. I am not sure if it was how hard he loves his little boy Eli, how much he cares about others like Katie, or how quickly he falls for Violet, but I sure fell hard for him!! In fact, I couldn't help falling in love with Hunter. Sigh. I also love Violet! She is so different from Hunter in the way she lives her life but at the same time she is exactly what he needs in his life. And she is so amazing with Eli. She has some definite emotional scarring from the way she grew up that makes relationships very hard for her. For a bit I wasn't sure if they could get over the major differences between them or if Hunter could make her see what was right in front of them so they could make it work long term. I honestly loved all the facets of both Hunter and Violet and loved their story so much! And that epilogue, oh my, I was over the moon emotional and my heart was so full of joy!! It's truly the perfect HEA for them!!!
