What could Adam do to convince Naomi to stay?
Dear Adam,
I hereby resign from Deer Creek Hopsital. After having been reluctantly placed here to recuperate from my illness, I learned to love working in this environment, which is totally different to ER. I especially enjoyed getting to know the patients, and have no finally overcome my fear of emotional contact, which, as you know, was because of my painful past. However, even though I care for you deeply, my failuer to get the position of ER Supervisor in the city was devastating, and consequently I must leave Deer Creek. Please understand my reasons and never forget the wonderful time we had together.
