Mother of Invention
Following my much publicised success on the BBC2 PROGRAM “Dragons Den” in July 2009 with my award winning cable threading invention, I have written an explosive book documenting the series of unexpected setbacks I have encountered since the show.
“Mother of Invention” – How I won Dragons Den, Lost my mind, Nearly lost my business and ended up reinventing myself published September 26th 2010, is a heartfelt expose that documents my personal struggle as a single mother, inventor and entrepreneur.
As a regular monthly contributor to “Raw Business” a magazine for entrepreneurs, I am often featured in women's magazines and invited for interviews on TV and radio as I am now a well known role model for aspiring entrepreneurs. However, the real story behind my amazing accomplishments has never been revealed until now.
