• Great book, ebook needs some fixes

  I first read these books as a kid in the 80s, and they've always been among my favorites. I especially like the way Bova portrays the derived culture of the inmates of the ship in the third book. This edition, however, needs some polish, especially the table of contents, which only has two entries (Book One and Book Two), and those entries are incorrect, pointing to the second and third books respectively. And there's no TOC entries for any of the chapters. whic is really annoying if you're trying to get to a particular place in the story.

• A timeless classic

  This is the 3rd time I've read this trilogy and I enjoyed it as much as the first. If you like science fiction do yourself a supreme favor and savor this remarkable tale!

• Decent concept. Horrible execution.

  2D characters with little or no true motivation. Strange love triangles that don't make sense. Idiosyncratic jumps. 11th hour reveals with little or no substantiation in the plot. Oh, and typos.

• The Best Adventure

  This is one of Ben Bova's Best and I was a young soldier in training when I first read it. The Story will keep you engaged for hours.
