The Way of Perfection

The Way of Perfection (El Camino de Perfección) is one of the most celebrated works by Saint Teresa of Avila, a Carmelite nun and mystic who lived in the 16th century. As a Doctor of the Church, she played a significant role in the reform of the Carmelite order and is renowned for her deep spirituality, profound writings, and enduring influence on Christian mysticism.

Saint Teresa of Avila (1515-1582) also known as Teresa of Jesus, was a Spanish mystic, writer, reformer of the Carmelite order, and one of the most influential figures in the history of Christian spirituality.
