Frankenstein

Frankenstein; or, The Modern Prometheus is a novel by English author Mary Shelley. First published in 1818, it tells the story of Victor Frankenstein, a young scientist who creates a grotesque but sentient creature in an unorthodox scientific experiment. Often cited as the first science fiction novel, it explores themes of ambition, humanity, creation, and isolation.
