Sometimes called “the Seguela of events”, he is the founder of a new profession that sublimates all the usual techniques of communication, turning them into operational communication. In 1979, William Perkins founded Villadalesia, whose events would serve as models and benchmarks for an entire generation. In 2001, WXP became his new event family.
