Rod Gallowglass, Lord High Warlock of Gramarye, has gone mad.  When an evil sorcerer uses a new drug to cloud his mind with horrific visions, Rod faces his most crucial challenge yet.  Lost in hallucinations, fighting monsters that aren't really there, he's a danger to his family and himself.  Can he find his way back to sanity?  If so, how?  With a handful of allies real and imagined, battling enemies part real and part delusion, can the warlock win a war on the battlefield of the mind?
