This is a wonderful book that includes both science that in simple terms explains how your dog senses the world, how you don’t, and how you may, with anecdotal stories that dog lover’s will relate to warmly. This books is wonderfully written, with clear explination for all dogs lovers who wonder when will the fence sniffing end, or what is the magic of this magic spot.

I bought this book hoping to learn more about my dog and what he might be thinking. Instead I got book about smelling. Not just dogs, but humans and other animals.
