I had already started intermittent fasting before reading this book, but I still find it incredibly mind-expanding. I highly recommend reading this to anyone whether currently practicing fasting or not. It’s worth more than your time spent.

I’ve read all of Dave’s books and this is one of his best work. The stories are engaging, the science is fascinating, and the health benefits are priceless. As a Biohacker myself, I’m always looking for new ways to upgrade my biology. Fasting (no more than 6 days a week) has been fun, challenging, and now automatic. I even maintained the fast during Dave’s 40 Years of Zen Training in Seattle, WA last month (Feb. 2021).
