This is a reread for me.. I was pulled to Damien and Nikki’s story. I needed the reread to get back to why I love reading. The words are written beautifully, sensually and so dang good! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

There is a difference between fantasy and being violated. Fantasy is where you can dream of your being with your love and magical things happen. But then there is this story when you have a man who violates his girlfriend because he has angry issues. Then he's like Oh Nikki I'm so sorry and she acts like that why I'm here for you to use me. What! women are back in the days of being dug by their hair to the caves to be raped. Plus it's the same book over and over ...there is only about ten pages that isn't about them having sex. Sorry I love sex and fantasy but not when women are violated.
