Road Fools 17 travels from Tennessee to Georgia, featuring BMX teams Etnies and Kink. Copping bad attitudes, they battled it out over clips, spots, and who can talk the most smack. We threw Big Daddy in the mix for good measure, who marinated in the bracket and crashed hard in the kitchen. Trax Vol 5: Vertical Horizon

This year the Trax film takes places throughout 5 countries, featuring 5 snow bike platforms.This Trax film starts off in Colorado, and includes some features from the X Games events, and also some sampling of Brian Deegan’s first snow bike experience, along with a ride on the Gnar Bike Platform. From there we head to Transylvania to explore some terrain that does not “suck” while on the Yeti Snow MX Platform. Then, along with the Enduro Syndicate crew on the Snow Rider Platforms, we visit some new mountains in Russia at the home of the 2014 Winter Olympics, Sochi. Next, we return to the land of the rising sun for more Japow, and get to see some new big mountain terrain on the Moto Trax set up. Completing our journey, we head back to North America and witness some amazing feats by the industry’s top athletes in B.C., Canada, like Reagan Sieg, Brock Hoyer and Geoff Kyle, and we see a world’s first snow bike base jump, performed by 2x Gold medalist Cody Matechuk.The season sparks off with the winter X games event in Aspen, Colorado where we can see the best athletes compete and perform never before seen accomplishments.

Almost two decades ago, before there were any other sled films or X Games, a small group of friends started running around the mountains of Wyoming with an old film camera and some snowmobiles. They called themselves Slednecks. This group of rebels began jumping their snowmobiles higher and farther than anyone ever had. They searched out steeper mountain faces to descend and deeper powder to destroy. Their new style of riding was laughed at by traditional snowmobilers and their punk rock fuck authority attitude got them blacklisted by a conservative industry. This rebel army fought and clawed their way to continue making films with one goal in mind, to revolutionize the sport. The Slednecks army has had many soldiers step up to the front lines and lead the charge. Chris Brown is now on his tenth tour of duty. Since Slednecks 7, Chris has been one of the most well rounded snowmobilers on the planet. Whether he is launching huge cliffs, carving technical lines thru tight trees or charging his turbo up narrow chutes, Chris Brown is always pushing the limits of himself and the sport. There are only a small amount of people on the planet who have the skills and courage to be pioneers. Heath Frisby, Joe Parsons, and the Moore brothers are some of those people.
